These terms apply to your use of this website and the publishing application. Any publishing engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful informational and application purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use the website in a way that violates another person’s rights. The application is intended for people who are at least 18 years old.
Publishing applications
Submitting an application does not create a publisher-author relationship, confidential relationship, agency, partnership, or obligation for either party. It does not guarantee acceptance, a response by a particular date, or an offer of services. Please do not submit material you are not authorized to share or information that requires special confidentiality.
Your material
You retain ownership of the original material you submit. By submitting an application, you give IAM NOW Global Publishing limited permission to access, copy, and review that material only as reasonably needed to evaluate the project, communicate with you, and administer the application. You represent that you have the right to provide the material for those purposes.
Separate publishing agreement
If a project is accepted, scope, fees, payment terms, intellectual-property rights, approvals, production, distribution, termination, and other obligations will be stated in a separate signed agreement. That agreement will control if it conflicts with these website terms.
No guaranteed outcome
Publishing and marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any publisher’s control. We do not guarantee acceptance, sales, rankings, bestseller status, reviews, distribution placement, media coverage, audience growth, or income.
Our website content
The website’s text, presentation, graphics, brand elements, and other original content belong to IAM NOW Global Publishing or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits.
External services and links
The website may link to third-party platforms, including manuscript-sharing or retail services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or terms.
Availability and liability
